She also spends a great deal of time learning about her clients and their families. Because of this, she is known for going above and beyond to craft unique plans.
Outside of work, Irene is married to her husband, Steve, and is a mother of three adult children. She has an American Quarter Horse called Spade that she loves taking out for a trot on hiking trails in the wild with her friends. In addition to enjoying the Wild West, Irene also loves competing in equestrian events and playing with her French Bulldog puppy, Indie.
